Chapter Ocho | What Happened to Casie Gotro?

Last Updated on May 9, 2025 by One Nation Under Arrest | Admin

Preface: This chapter was first written on April 3rd, 2019, and was not revisited with an intent to publish until Friday the 13th, October 2023, and not finally published until May 9th, 2025, for several reasons. This chapter is likely one of the most hard to read of the entire book because it seems like a comic book version in a multi-verse timeline scenario, where things change so quickly that it is hard to follow, but it all falls in to place eventually. Enjoy the ride.

One of the many reasons to be discreet about releasing more Brady information discovered during Casie’s work,  included the addition of difficulty to do her job as lead counsel for the defense of the Bandidos MC in the McLennan County cases as well as Tarrant County Texas, as she was also in contact with Dick DeGuiren who represented the President of the Bandidos MC in Federal Court.

Casie had her Texas B.A.R. license revoked due to “grievances filed by her clients.” We suspected that she was being monitored by the feds, and when that white drone dropped out of the sky at a Ft. Worth watering hole that we were meeting at, it did not help our suspicions. She might have stated to the BAR review that she could not do her job for her clients because the D.o.J. had her under surveillance as well uncovered numerous Brady violations and was not allowed to present proof in her defense to the BAR review board.

She also uncovered an operation ran by, but not limited to, the U.S. Secret Service, the D.E.A., B.A.T.F.E., F.B.I., and was approved by the D.O.J. yet this operation needed Texas D.P.S. to cooperate in order to provoke their Under Cover agents into getting the Bandidos M.C. to retaliate against those poor excuses of safe riders. This target on their back, went as far back as 2013 when the C.O.C.&I. donated funds to the “Save the Patch Fund” in Colorado. These donations from specific clubs lead to the D.o.J. starting a targeted operation on any Motorcycle Club that supported any other Club that donated to the fight against the DOJ.

In 2013 Texas C.O.C.&I. donated $70,000 to the Mongols M.C. Save the Patch Fund started by N.C.O.M. to help with the legal fees brought about by malicious prosecution suggested by Kamala Harris while she was Attorney General of California in 2013.

This is the heart of this book. The only reason any person went through hell during Twin Peaks, and several other Unlawful raids on Club Houses and mass profiling against the motorcycle community including Independent riders, is the depletion of funds by the D.o.J. away from their opposition in court.

For Casie’s safety, and the safety of the family of those involved in this situation, and the families of those involved in a Federal trial in San Antonio, I chose to remove myself from publication risks that come with the possible harm to the defense.

Casie asked me to help her defense team in 2017. The day her investigator and I met at Torchy Taco’s on 51st st in Austin Texas, the majority of the parking lot was LEO. After watching the officers of the court stake out the parking lot for an hour prior to our meeting we decided to move to another location.

I got pulled over en route to the next location, and was issued a warning for texting while driving. Her investigator took pictures and video. He said his phones were never the same after that day. This statement would be true years into the future, as we were texting about Operation Flea and Tick Collar defendants who were about to testify in the Pike Trial and the prosecution suddenly rested and did not pick back up.

Jeffery Fay Pike’s trial ended up being a railroad job with more Ineffective Assistance of Counsel by Dick DeGuerin, one of the biggest names in Texas. The appeal of which is also another circus and with Mr. Pike being moved to the jurisdiction where this all started, that should be very concerning to everyone. Kamala Harris was in the Vice Presidential position for her work targeting bikers and allowing Federal Funds to target DOJ opposition of grass root voters, among other novel actions she took as California’s Attorney General.

Never trust a man who represented David Koresh during a Federal Siege where the victims died by “fire” supposedly started by the Military forces, inflicting torture in order to surrender and kept that evidence quiet, to stay in business. The same case where Alex Jones got his start and through publicity and exposure of federal operations discovered more evidence in 1993 than was allowed in public in 2015.

“I thought it was just a matter of convincing David we had a chance in court. Then, he would come out and surrender and we’d go into court,” DeGuerin said.

“I met all the children that were still there. I don’t know any adult I did not meet. I wanted to meet everybody and find out who fired first.”

He believes the feds lied about elements of the botched raid — who fired first, where exactly shots came from, and more.

“In the ceiling, bullets that had come from above. Easy to see. The only place they could’ve come from were the helicopters. They [the ATF] steadfastly denied there was any gunfire that came from those helicopters, but I saw the bullet holes.” – excerpt from Koresh’s lawyer recounts Waco siege: ‘You want a client that’s alive’

If DeGuerin does not realize he should retire after his failed attempt to impeach the most powerful Law Enforcement Officer of the Court in Texas, Ken Paxton, with a miserable scope of wrong doing, and refusing to go back to 2015 and exposing Paxton’s role in working with the Feds to target the biker voters, as well as dissolving the Public Integrity Division in Austin so Texas Department of Public Safety can act like the FBI, then his age is getting the best of him. Dick did not do Mr. Pike any favors in his federal trial, nor setting the stage for a proper appeal or bringing impeachment charges sooner on Paxton. Old School is not that cool.

HoBuzz is the nickname I have given the Ken Paxton Impeachment circus of 2023

Tittle clients should be asking better questions and demanding proof that the proper suits are being filed. The fact that Brady Evidence exists in several counties that show local LEO participating in Task Force Operations using Federal Funding to target grass roots voting efforts should be a huge story. But cowardly attorneys refuse to come forward with the truth and facts, leading to why bold women are forced to “lose faith in the system” because Casie Gotro has bigger balls then all of them combined.

There is a reason that the D.o.J. wanted McLennan County as the venue of choice for another Federal Operation, and that the same attorney would be brought in to handle “the leader and target” as DeGuerin agreed to suppress federal operations data in State and Local courts back in 1993, and agreed to do so again in 2016-2019, and again going after the most corrupt Attorney General Texas has ever seen, Ken Paxton. The prejudice in allowing the Department of Justice to target good leadership that opposes their agenda is evident.

At the beginning of this situation, July of 2015 to be exact, when those of us concerned, were online,  discussing how outrageous the actions of the local police departments, DPS, and Sheriff’s offices were, one comment stood out, “Pay attention to who hired a lawyer, who got appointed an attorney by McLennan County Courts, and what those attorney’s specialize in…”

Following that advice from a stranger online, a spreadsheet was made, and each defendant’s attorney representation was listed with press release information at first, then court clerk confirmation, and a vetting process of those attorneys, as well as their partners and firms, were researched and analyzed for wins, losses, co-operations with the D.O.J. in various cases, R.I.C.O. work, etc.

We documented the following:

  1. Initial arrests with names and addresses listed released by the police union, noting that Cossacks RC addresses went to public locations like hotels in Whitney or campgrounds while Bandidos MC members personal addresses were listed publicly.
  2. Voting records were searched for, along with public records checks on those arrested,
  3. Amount of bonds issued,
  4. When the bonds were posted,
  5. By which Bond Company,
  6. Many initial media reports included the law firms or attorneys representing the bikers,
  7. We documented both the Bandidos Motorcycle Club – BMC
and Cossacks Riding Club – CRC groups,
  8. Some law firms represented both C.O.C.&I. members as well as clubs affiliated with the Cossacks Riding Club which lead to document the different motions filed on which clubs behalf, and
  9. It is important to note the firms who filed these motions, when, as well as the responses from the court,
  10. Did these motions lead to gag orders?
  11. As well as the blatant lies from the prosecution team (the actual number of times the prosecution lied on record and to the public),
  12. The media who regurgitated obviously false narratives like the fake DFW bulletin about a green light on the Law Enforcement of Waco made by members of a “gang.”

There was an obvious problem that very few journalists cared enough to do actual research. The result would be zero “credible” sources reporting that the federal government had several illegal churn investigations in play against an international motorcycle club. When Lana Shadwick interviewed this author, I pointed to the Feds as the obvious source of all things corrupt in this charade, her quick response was that “Brietbart would NOT be getting involved.”

This statement was added on October 13, 2023: Imagine that, the same Department of Justice that went after Steve Bannon the CEO of Brietbart for his role in the Trump Campaign Build the Wall fund where he was found guilty of embezzlement. The same Department of Justice that went after former President Donald J. Trump himself, was responsible for targeting Republican Voters since 2103.

What was Texas C.O.C.&I. up to in May of 2015?

***2015 NCOM Update***
With another successful NCOM behind US, I wanted to provide a brief recap of the highlights from the weekend for those that were unable to attend. As always, Texas was well represented but we can do better. I encourage each of you to make it an annual goal to have someone from your region in attendance for NCOM. It is an invaluable opportunity to gain and share information with other Freedom Fighters around the country that are facing the very same issues we are confronting here in Texas. With that being said, start making plans now for the 2016 NCOM in Atlantic City!
The overwhelming topic for this past weekend was “Save the Patch” and the status of the cases against the Mongols MC and Devil’s Diciples MC. Both cases have potential trademark implications but vary slightly in the government’s approach.

The Mongols MC case, which goes to court in June, names the entity as the defendant making it the first such case against a club in history. The government is seeking to seize the club’s trademark and name.

The Devil’s Diciples case involves indictments against individuals in leadership roles under RICO in District Court and is based on an historic pattern of evidence spanning a period of 21 years. This case has already been lost in court with sentencing scheduled for June where the government is requesting control of the Devil’s Diciples name and trademark. Both cases attempt to prevent any members from displaying or benefiting from a collective mark and represent a “top down” strategy.

We are actively working to appeal the court’s decision and will need the collective commitment and effort of every Confederation of Clubs, US Defenders, C.O.I.R., ABATE, MRO and MRF organization across the country to defend each one. The Texas US Defenders will lead the way as we’ve always done! Each region within Texas is encouraged to organize a “Save the Patch” fundraiser in support of the effort. As you plan your events, please pass this information along so we can promote the event using all our resources statewide.

All funds raised within your region should be sent to the address listed below. If the funds are in support of a specific court case, please be sure to indicate this at the time the funds are submitted. Otherwise, all donations will be equally allocated between both cases.

Another hot topic of discussion during this year’s conference was the progress of the motorcycle profiling project. Five states have profiling bills sponsored this year (CA, MN, NY, MD & MO) and Oklahoma and North Carolina have drafts in place. During the coming year, seventeen states will be pursuing motorcycle profiling legislation with a strategy for a federal profiling in progress. This is the single most important legislative issue to date.

The other resounding message from leaders across the country was the importance of engaging the local independent community. This is vital! Please continue to work closely and support the C.O.I.R. in your respective regions. Plan to hold awareness events and fundraisers at independent friendly establishments where the message is not distorted by the overwhelming presence of patch holders and an intimidation factor. Emphasize that these issues are not patch holder issues but motorcyclist issues that affect anyone riding a bike. As a community, we cannot afford to be divided in our efforts.

Continue to work with the local officials and legislators in your respective areas to foster relationships. Let them know the issues we are supporting and how they can help us. Often, expressing your support for another bill or initiative they are attempting to get done will prove productive. That’s how it works….know it and use it to your advantage

Please let me know if I or any of the State Lt. Commanders can be of assistance.

Respectfully,
MoJo

What about in April of 2015? And why does this particular bill matter? Because the C.o.C.&I. were about to get 14 Million dollars to utilize in Motorcycle Safety funding that came from the registration fees for Motorcycle License Plates. Instead Gregg Abbott said, “I will roll around all day before I give the Bandits that money!” So what better way to divert that funding away from a criminal element that will be broadcast all over live TV for weeks?

***Texas Legislative Strike Force***
A recent win for Texas Motorcyclists at the Texas State Capital

Senate Bill 754 “Safety Fund Bill” was unanimously passed by the Senate Transportation Committee without adding the additional $3 registration fee. I would like to thank everyone from the Legislative Task Force who participated in crafting this bill.

A special thanks goes out to those Freedom Fighters who have worked for years to get this bill passed including Jude Schexnyder and Paul Landers. Others who participated are Woody, Wes Brown, D. J. Jeffries and the US Defenders Communications Team. As always you guys and gals rocked it.

Most importantly we must truly thank the Honorable Senator Kirk Watson that introduced and championed this bill on our behalf through the Senate Transportation Committee.

Thank you MoJo and all the US Defenders for their assistance during this process, and finally thank you to the TXCOC&I, C.O.I.R., Motorcycle Safety Coalition, Abate of Texas, Motorcycle Instructors Association of Texas, Motorcycle Rights Foundation, Texas Department of Transportation and those community members that stood by us and helped us get this most important piece of legislation passed.

I would also like to put this on everyone’s radar from Paul Landers, HB 7 Sen. Jane Nelson and Rep. Drew Darby of the Legislative Budget Board are pushing this bill hard. They want to pass this “Use It Or Lose it” bill for all monies sitting in the general fund not being used.

We are watching closely, we certainly do NOT want our money to get swept out with the rest.

“THERE IS NO FATE BUT WHAT YOU MAKE”
Steve “Dozer” Cochran
US Defenders Legislative Strike Force Director, Texas

It is not clear if the US Defenders Legislative Strike Force is still a thing as of 2025.

The reason that Casie is supposed to have left behind the officer of the court title is that she was very clear that “she lost faith in this broken system.” She was this authors former counsel, and I miss her wit, cynisism, tactics, and most of all, her ability to unmuddy the waters when the government purposefully made them muddy. Where ever you are at, I hope you are well, healthy and whole.
